Fieldcoin Ltd is currently running the first ever Field Coin Offering (FCO), a service providing investors the opportunity to purchase cryptocurrency tokens backed by physical real estate.
Over the past year, the majority of initial coin offerings (ICOs) in the cryptocurrency industry have either failed or been exposed as scams. In many cases, the lack of a physical asset to back a projects token has resulted in a lack of liquidity and unsustainable value. With many crypto enthusiasts left holding dead tokens with little or no value, investors are becoming increasingly wary of a project’s worth.
Field Coin addresses these concerns with an innovative new investment model that ensures every token is backed by the most stable asset over the past 50 years – agricultural land. Field Coin’s LANDS tokens are non-fungible tokens build on Ethereum’s ERC-721 standard and are available to purchase with several cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin and Tether (USDT). What’s more, it offers a trade back guarantee that ensures a fixed minimum resale value should the price suddenly drop for whatever reason. This ensures investors will only lose a small percentage of capital in the event of a serious market downturn.
The Field Coin Offering (FCO) Pre-sale
The Field Coin presale is currently running and will end on 12th February 2019. FLC tokens are available for $0.05 and early investors will benefit from a 100% bonus for the first $1 million raised. Second tier investors will receive a 50 percent bonus for the next $5 million raised, with further decreasing bonuses offered on increments of $5 million thereafter.
Once the presale is complete, Field Coin will tokenize physical land and create the first LANDS tokens which will then be distributed amongst investors. The FCO will run for eight months or until either the soft cap of $3 million is reached or all tokens sell out. Any remaining tokens after eight months will be ‘burned’ to ensure scarcity and maintain value.
